Can my order be sent to my work address instead?
Yes we can send your order to an alternate address. We will also need the cardholders address for security checks, but the order will be shipped to the address that you enter in the ‘Shipping Details’ section of the checkout form.
How do I register an account?

We only use your personal details to complete your order. Your payment details are never made available to Animalpak.co.uk as we process all payments via a third party agent, Protx. How long will my order take to be arrive?
90% of standard deliveries should reach the customer within 2 working days. You can upgrade to Priority Delivery for just £3.00 extra. If this option is selected, providing your order is placed before 3.00pm Monday-Thursday, it will reach you the following day between 8am and 5.30pm. All orders placed before 3pm on a Friday will reach you by 5:30pm Monday at the latest.
What happens if an order of mine is damaged in transit?
Every order sent from here is fully insured, and any damaged parcel will be replaced by us and we will claim from our delivery partner responsible for the damage. They will collect the damaged parcel from you upon delivery of the replacement, to investigate how the damage occurred. We will aim to replace your damaged product within 24 - 48 hours.
I've heard you guys are now doing special promotions online at The Store. How do I find out about these?
First things first. You have to register at The Store. Once you do that, we have your email address and can send you the latest promotions on Animal products and Animal gear.
I heard about your "ironclad" guarantee. How do I return a product?
If you bought the products from The Store, then mail the product directly to us explaining the problem. If you bought it elsewhere, contact your retailer.
Where can I find your products?
You can find selected Animal products (not Animal Gear) at all GNC stores. If you have a hard time finding what you want, you can just order from us at The Store, or even other internet retailers.
My recent order wasn't 100% right. What do I do?
Sorry about that. Mistakes do occur from time to time. Contact us and let us know what the problem was. We'll issue a collection with our couriers and get your product replaced as fast as possible.
How long do Animal products last?
Because they are individually packaged in plastic packs and because the cans are sealed airtight, each Animal product can stay fresh up to four years. To find out the expiration date, you can always look on the bottom of the can. There should be a small white sticker attached there. The top set of numbers is the expiration date. In other words, "09.10" means the product will expire on September, 2010.
